Heart Harmony Home Health and Services is locally owned and operated. In addition, we are managed by nursing professionals with years of home health experience & licensed by the Virginia Board Of Nursing. We are privately owned, Medicare/Medicaid Certified as well as an insured Home Health Care Agency. With that being said, we know how important it is to mange every single aspect of patient care, from the patient’s needs to the physician recommendations. Thats why every service we provide is supervised by our highly trained professionals and administered from the initial free home consultation to the recovery or treatment completion.

It is the policy of Heart Harmony Home Health & Services that home health services non-skilled or skilled as well as, transportation services shall be available and shall be rendered to the total population of Hampton Roads, regardless of the recipient’s race, sexual orientation, religion, age, sex, disabilities, ethnic/cultural background, or national origin.
